Preparations are well underway for Troop 701’s summer adventures, and we want your Scout to join in!
Summer Camp at Heritage Scout Reservation:
Sunday, July 12 – Saturday, July 18
The cost of early bird registration for summer camp is $425 plus any transportation costs not covered by our upcoming Pancake Breakfast fundraiser on March 7th. This total amount reflects the fee increase assessed by Heritage this year.
Please use the following payment schedule:
First payment: $200 deposit due 2/4/20
Second payment: $225 due 3/10/20
Third payment (if necessary): Additional transportation cost due by 5/1/20, amount to be determined based on the success of the pancake breakfast fundraiser
Please note that the full Heritage payment of $425 (payment #1 and #2) must be submitted to the troop by 3/24/20 to receive the Early Bird discount. After that date, Heritage charges an extra $25 per Scout, and merit badge selections may be limited. If a scout is added after 6/1/19 (if space is available), the total cost of camp increases an additional $25, to $475.
Payment for summer camp can be made through TroopWebHost. Go to MyStuff->MyMoney->Online Payments and select your scout and indicate “Credit Subaccount – Summer Camp.” Checks will also be accepted at Troop Meetings on 2/4 and 3/10. Please include “Summer Camp” on the memo line.
