Southwest Hospice Light the Night Conclusion – Saturday, Jan. 7th

Please join us to help Southwest Hospice take down their annual luminary display on Saturday, January 7th, at 10 am. The hospice staff needs us to remove the candles and luminary bags from the hospice grounds, and clean and flatten the memorial luminary bags. The bags are given to the luminary’s sponsors, who are often the families of individuals who have passed away this year. The care our Scouts take with this task helps provide some comfort to these families. We will also assist with removing the Christmas Tree and light displays.

Please dress warmly for the weather, but be prepared to do some quiet work inside the building as well. Please come prepared with a mask for any indoor activities.

The signups are now open on TroopWebHost.

This tends to be a big job, so we would welcome any Scout and family help you can provide! Thanks for supporting the families and staff at Southwest Hospice!
