As part of our annual Scouting for Food service project, our troop will be collecting non-perishable food items, household items, and toiletries from scouts over the next several weeks. Items will be combined with troop grocery donations for four families served through the Strongsville Food Bank. The surplus items will be given to the Food Bank for its general stock.
Check out the Sign Up Genius and sign up. If each scout chooses a few items, we can provide baskets of Easter blessings to these families. Bring your selected items to either of the troop meetings on March 14th or 21st.
Please contact Jennifer Paine if you have any questions. Items will be delivered to the food bank on Saturday, March 25th and loaded into cars of families. We will need some scouts to help load donated items. More details will be provided later. Thank you so much for your generosity!
