The first Philmont 2022 training hike will take place on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at 9:00 AM. We’ll depart from the Chippewa Creek George Overlook, 8263 Chippewa Rd., Brecksville, OH 44141 and the route will cover 5 miles. The estimated return/pickup time is 11:30 AM. All scouts (and parents/guardians) are welcome to attend this hike and it will count toward boot club miles! For those joining us, please sign-up on TroopWebHost, and remember to dress for the weather, pack water and trail snacks, and wear warm socks and hiking boots.
