Unit Scouter Award

The Unit Scouter Award is an honor bestowed on a registered adult volunteer Scouter who has made a distinguished impact on youth members through outstanding service given at the unit level. The Unit Scouter Award is a council-level award presented annually in the same manner as the Division Award of Merit and the Silver Beaver Award. What distinguishes it from other bestowed honors is that recipients are recognized for service to Scouts BSA troops, Cub Scout packs, Venturing crews, and Sea Scout ships.

The following persons have been recognized over the years with the Unit Scouter Award:

2022
  • David Kunselman
  • Leslie Moder
  • Joseph Wollet
2019
  • Wes Kent
  • Evan Smith
