The CDC has recently modified its masking recommendations to reflect the declining case rate of COVID in our Northeast Ohio counties. Lake Erie Council’s COVID policy in support of masking from January 5, 2022, has not yet been modified to reflect this change.
We are reaching out to Lake Erie Council and hope to share with you an optional masking policy soon. For now, please continue to be prepared to mask in indoor spaces, but we will share what we learn as soon as possible. As always, thank you for your cooperation as we work to keep everyone safe!
