Hello Scouts and Parents,
It’s that time of year again! Time for the “Trails End” Popcorn fundraiser 2022! This is a great way for scouts to help fund their scouting activities throughout the year.
For scouts that already have a Trails End account, just log in to Trails End and update your account information as needed and begin fundraising. For those that do not currently have a Trails End account, I have forwarded out invites from the Trails End website. Just follow the link to register and create your profile.
As discussed at recent Troop meetings, our preferred method of selling is On-Line Direct Sales, like we have for the past few years. However, I did make order sheets available at the last Troop meeting for any Scouts that would like to go door to door for Take-Order sales.
For Take-Order sales: the order sheet should be filled out and the Scout should collect payment from customers at the time the order is placed. If a popcorn customer pays by check, please have checks made out to “Lake Erie Council BSA”. I will collect all Take-Order order sheets along with customer payments from Scouts at a Troop meeting at the end of October and pick up popcorn from the Lake Erie Council Service Center by November 11th. Popcorn will be given to Scouts at the following Troop meeting for delivery.
