Arbor Day Service Project Opportunity – April 27

On Thursday, April 27, to help celebrate Arbor Day, the city of Strongsville will be making sapling bags for 2nd graders at the Strongsville Recreation Center, and they have asked for our assistance. The project will begin at 6pm in the Senior Center art room, and will end around 7:30pm. Please wear old clothes as it may get a little messy with the dirt. Food won’t be provided, so please eat beforehand.

For our Star rank Scouts who need conservation-based hours for the rank of Life, this project would count towards that.

There isn’t a sign-up on TroopWebHost for this project; just show up if you are able to lend a hand. Thanks for your help!
