Summer Camp Swim Test – Wednesday, June 7th

We have rescheduled our annual Summer Camp swim test for Wednesday, June 7th. We will be meeting at Chapman Elementary School at 6:45 p.m., and then walking over to the Bent Tree pool for the test. Scouts should wear their swimsuit, and bring a towel. After the test is over, we will walk back to Chapman, where the scouts can be picked up at 8:45.

Even if you aren’t going to Summer Camp, we ask as many scouts as possible to participate in the swim test, so that we will know everyone’s swimming ability for any future water-based events. Also, even if you have participated in a swim test in the past, the BSA requires every scout to be tested annually. Those scouts who are attending Summer Camp, but cannot participate in the swim test this week will take it when we arrive at Summer Camp.

If you have questions about the BSA Swim Test, please let us know.
