With the school year wrapping up for our Scouts, we wanted to share our current activity schedule for the summer months. Please note that some of these locations may change, although we will certainly try our best to stick to this plan:-Wednesday, June 7th: Summer Camp Swim Test – Chapman Elementary School/Bent Tree Pool, Strongsville-June 9th-11th: June Camp – Kelleys Island-Tuesday, June 13th: 5 mile Hike – W. 130th Sledding Hill to Dairy Queen, Strongsville-Tuesday, June 20th: Advancement Night & Troop Gear Return – Bonnie Park, Strongsville-Tuesday, June 27th: Family Picnic and Parent’s Meeting – Greenbriar Lake Association Park, Strongsville-Tuesday, July 4th: No Meeting – Happy Independence Day!-July 10th-16th: Summer Camp!-August 11th-13th: Leader’s Camp – Location TBD
For most of these activities, Scouts should wear their Class B uniform (Troop t-shirt, scout shorts, scout socks), but please keep your eyes on the Message of the Week for those activities that may have a different dress code. We’re looking forward to seeing all of you this summer!
