Information Meeting
An important information meeting on the camp will be held during our annual Family Picnic, July 5th – so please attend.

Medical Forms
All BSA medical forms (Parts A,B&C) must be current to attend summer camp. Part C must be signed by a physician and is good for one year from the date of the physician signature. The physical can not expire during the week of summer camp. The deadline to submit medical forms and the Heritage Supplemental forms is Tuesday 7/5/16. Please maintain a copy of your scout’s completed medical forms as they may need them throughout the year for things like OA and NYLT. BSA prohibits electronic submission of medical forms. We are in the process of contacting everyone regarding the expiration date of their physicals. Also, please ensure you submit a copy of your recent medical insurance card along with the physical. In addition to having the physical completed by your personal physician, you can also have the physical completed at CVS and Marcs if that is more conducive to your schedule. Final Payments
Please submit final payments for summer camp by Tuesday June 28th. Everyone has been emailed their final summer camp balance. If you have any questions please see Shawna Serna.

Mail Call
MAIL CALL! We encourage families to send letters/cards to their scouts while they are at summer camp. This year the troop is asking families to put all cards/letters in a box and mail the package to camp. This will expedite distribution of mail to the scouts. Feel free to continue to mark the letters with the day of the week they should open the particular letter. To ensure delivery please mail packages by Wednesday 7/6/16. Packages should be addressed as follows:

Summer Camp Social
Summer Camp Social! Every year families gather at Chapman at 1:00p.m. to wait for scouts to return home from summer camp around 3:00 p.m. Everyone will need to bring their own chairs and non-alcoholic drinks. We ask anyone attending to also bring either an appetizer or dessert to share. This is not an organized event so there will not be a signup. If you have any questions please see Shawna Serna.
