The medical form expiration dates on TroopWebHost now reflect the troop’s current information for each scout.
Please check your scout’s expiration dates. In particular, your scout’s Part C expiration date must fall ON OR AFTER JULY 1 if he plans to attend summer camp at Heritage Scout Reservation. His Part C expiration date must fall ON OR AFTER ???? if he plans to attend the High Adventure trip. All Parts A and B must be up to date every time he camps.
If your scout needs Part C, which requires a physical exam, please make your appointment now.
