If you are spending time with us at camp this weekend, please complete Parts A&B of the BSA medical form (link A & B.pdf attached) and bring it with you on Friday. You do not need a physician’s signature for Parts A&B. We will collect the medical forms when we get to camp. This is a requirement for all mothers who are camping with us, and a good idea for anyone who is spending the day on Saturday. Thanks for your help with this paperwork!
