Family Picnic – This Tuesday, July 6, 6:30-9pm

Our annual Family Picnic and Summer Camp informational meeting will be held this Tuesday. Please join us at the Greenbrier Lake Association park, located on the north side of Drake Road between the houses at 14938 Drake and 14890 Drake (please see the map on the signup page). A signup is available now on TroopWebHost – please signup with the number of people attending/eating so we make sure our food purchases are accurate.

Food will be served at 7pm, with the summer camp information meeting following at 7:30-7:45.

Please bring chairs or a picnic blanket for your family, as the park does not have sufficient seating for our whole group.

The troop will provide homemade pulled pork sandwiches (pulled pork, bun, coleslaw, barbecue sauce), beef hot dogs, or vegan bratwurst, individual bags of chips, plates/napkins, and bottles of water. We won’t do a traditional potluck this year, but every family is encouraged to bring other picnic items (drinks, etc) for their own consumption.

Please indicate on your signup how many people will be eating with us and their food preference (pulled pork, hot dog, or vegan brat). If you are planning to not eat, but just attend the information session, please note that as well, so we know you will be attending.

We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday!
