Please note the date for the 2025 Leader’s Camp. For those scouts who are thinking they may want to be a part of our youth staff team (SPL, ASPL, JASM, PL, APL, Scribe, Quartermaster, Instructor, Troop Guide) for the 2025-26 scouting year, we really would like to see you at Leader’s Camp, so we hope that you will be able to take that into consideration when planning out your summer activities.
Our expectation is to stick with these dates for our monthly camping activities, but we do ask for your flexibility if conditions warrant any of these dates needing to be adjusted.
The youth leadership team will be planning out the camp themes/activities at Leader’s Camp in a couple of weeks, and we will send out that information once those details have been worked out.

Some other highlights of our upcoming scouting year are:
-Some of our weekly troop meetings this year will be “fun” meetings; things like a game night, or meeting at The Chalet for an evening of tobogganing. More details will be shared about these specific meetings as they get closer.
-We will be offering some additional activities for our high school Scouts throughout the year as well.
-Our annual Yard Charge service project is scheduled for November 16th.
-The Strongsville Rotary Chili Open (February 22nd) and the Duck Race & Kids Fest (June 7th) are a couple of other fun service opportunities that benefit our chartered organization.
We will also be working to add dates for the weekly meetings (the first one of the new scouting year is August 20th!), service projects, and other important activities to both the Troop Calendar and to TroopWebHost. So please make sure to keep your eyes peeled for any updates!
