Now that we are holding virtual scout meetings, we want to remind everyone that each scout needs to have an active BSA Cyber Chip. The Cyber Chip training lasts for one year, so if it has been longer than that since you have taken the training, we are asking that you please renew it.
Renewing your Cyber Chip is pretty easy! To renew, you will need to go to NetSmartz and complete 2 new resources to recommit to net safety and netiquette. Here is the link for NetSmartz:

Once you have renewed your Cyber Chip, please send an email to the Troop’s email account (troop701bsa@gmail.com) with the date of your renewal, so that we can update our records.
