It’s our hope that every Webelos Scout joins a boy scout troop. With that goal in mind, Troop 701 is publishing our Webelos event dates and registration links. Please forward this Message of the Week post to any Webelos scouts in the area that you know are looking for a troop. Webelos First Responder Course

Cover all of the requirements for First Responder except for the ” visit with a responder” requirement.
Saturday November 19 2-7 PM
Location TBD
$14 per scout includes pizza dinner and all course materials
Course taught by scouts in troop 701 with First Aid merit Badge and/ or Red Cross First Aid/ CPR training and overseen by adults with a variety of Medical, first aid , and emergency response training.
Webelos Winter One Nighter
January 7-8
2 PM Sat- 9 AM Sunday
A one night cabin campout . The goal : give your scout a chance to camp with some scouts from our Troop, and their den leader. More details later. This is an amazing event, and it will sell-out early. Get on our mailing list through Mrs. Moder to learn when registration opens.
