The increase in COVID cases and the additional restrictions over the past few weeks have been a bit discouraging for most of us. However, with the promise of a vaccine in sight, many of us are hopeful that there is a light at the end of this pandemic tunnel. With this in mind, Troop 701 has started to make plans for our activities once the current surge begins to abate, and we would like to share these plans with you.
Lake Erie Council published clarified guidelines on activities just over a week ago, and we presented these to our chartered organization, the Strongsville Rotary Foundation. They have approved our plans to cautiously increase our in-person activities once the current surge is under control, even if Cuyahoga County remains in the “Red” risk level. Troop 701 will follow the county’s current stay-at-home advisory, but we are looking forward to and preparing for the day when we can be together again in-person.
Attached is the approved COVID-19 Safety Plan addendum that describes these changes. Please review these changes, let us know if you have questions, and know that we are looking forward to getting our Troop safely back together again!
