Please remember that your Scout’s Medical Form must be up-to-date (Parts A, B, and C) in order to attend summer camp or high adventure. Please check your Scout’s medical form expirations dates on TroopWebHost, and make sure that any appointments and updates occur before our Family Picnic on June 25.
A parent of every Scout attending summer camp must also complete a supplemental medical form for Heritage Scout Reservation (attached). Please complete this and bring it to the Family Picnic. We will have extra copies at that event as well.
