Tuesday October 3rd, during the Troop meeting, there will be an important parent meeting for all first year Mohican Trek backpackers. These are scouts in their first year in patrols. Backpacking is a rewarding but often challenging experience in our program and it’s our expectation that all first year scouts attend Mohican Trek.
At the meeting we will discuss the trip and cover such things as food, what gear to bring and answer any questions. The troop has on hand a collection of youth backpacks for loan. If you are able to borrow a youth backpack from someone you know, that would be best as, our inventory is limited.
