The troop is in the process of returning partial merit badge blue cards to scouts. These cards indicate which requirements of a badge a scout has completed, and which ones are left for him to do in order to earn that merit badge. Please keep these cards in a safe place, as the scout will need to bring them with him when he works with a merit badge counselor to complete the badge.
