Please remember to stop by the rechartering table at tonight’s meeting or at the meeting next week to register your scout(s) for scouting in 2018!
Here is what to expect:
1. Fee. $64 per scout (or $76 with a subscription to Boy’s Life). This can be paid by check, cash, or Scout Account (with sufficient funds).
- Medical Forms. Please check your TroopWebHost account to see the date of your scout’s last medical form update. If this needs updating, please bring a new form A&B tonight, or be prepared to update it during the meeting.
- Transportation form. Please plan to update this with current vehicles, adult drivers, and insurance. The old forms will be available for reference, but please bring any new information.
- Consent forms. These have been slightly modified, so please be prepared to complete this form with contact information.
- Discipline Policy form. We will ask you to review and reconfirm this.
Our parent volunteers for gear exchange, popcorn sales, and the scrip program will also be available!
