Summer Camp is just around the corner!
It is time to make plans for your scout’s summer camp experience at Heritage Scout Reservation!
The cost of summer camp has increased slightly this year to $410 plus any transportation costs not covered by our upcoming Pancake Breakfast fundraiser. The payments for summer camp will be due as follows:
- $200 deposit due on 2/20/18
- $210 remainder due on 3/20/18
- Additional transportation cost due by 5/1/18, amount to be determined based on the success of the pancake breakfast fundraiser
If your scout’s full $410 camping cost is not paid by 3/27/18, which is one week after the due date for camp payment, Heritage Scout Reservation charges an extra $25 which will need to be paid by the scout. That means that the cost for summer camp not paid in full by 3/27/18 will increase to $435. If a scout is added after 6/1/18 (if space is available), the cost increases to $460.
Payment for summer camp can be made through TroopWebHost. Go to MyStuff->MyMoney->Online Payments and select your scout and indicate “Credit Subaccount – Summer Camp.” Checks will also be accepted at troop meetings. Please include “Summer Camp” on the memo line.
