Congratulations to all of the Scouts who earned Troop Community Service Awards for the period between Sept. 1, 2021 and Aug. 31, 2022.
A total of 27 youths and seven adults earned the award, which requires a minimum of 12 hours of service in four individual projects over the course of the year.
The cumulative total for the troop is 1,128.5 hours, which means we have again met our pledge of giving back at least 1,000 hours of service to the community.
The Scouts with the highest number of hours this past year are:
Caleb S. – 69.5
Jacob Y – 62.25
Teddy G. – 56
Andrew K. – 32.5
Sam W. – 32
Tommy U. – 31.5
Troop Community Service Awards will be presented at the upcoming Fall 2022 Troop Court of Honor.
As a reminder, Scouts with invitations for the senior high adventure trip who have not earned the award this year must earn it between now and May 1, 2023.
