Happy New Year! We hope that the start of 2021 is a happy and healthy one for all of our families, and that you are excited for the year to come! The youth and adult leaders of Troop 701 have been hard at work planning out upcoming meetings and activities, and are excited to share some of those plans with you this week! As you will see below, we are hoping to resume some in-person weekly meetings and activities, beginning later this month. Please take some time to read the info we have shared, and let us know if you have any questions.
While we are excited to potentially resume some in-person activities, we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 case trends in our local area, as well as any advisories/orders issued by state and local health departments, and use that information to base our decisions on whether or not to hold these events. This may result in some last minute postponements, cancelations, or a change to a virtual option, so we apologize for any scheduling challenges this may present. The primary goal of Troop 701 remains the health and safety of the Scouts, Leaders, and families of our Scouting community, and we are grateful for your continued flexibility and understanding.
